Repetition

Repeat some aspect of your design through out the entire site. The repeated element might be a special font, background color, logo or page design. Repetition provides a consistent look for your entire site and ties it all together.

Using a consistent font for headings and subheadings throughout a document provides a unifying repetition. Don't be afraid to take those elements that you normally use in a page such as headings and subheadings and add extra emphasis to them.
