CSS, Symbols, Automatic Date and Flash Text
This lesson starts on page 26 of the Dreamweaver section. This should be a continuation of Lesson 1A so you will be working with the same file. As you work through the chapter answer the following questions.
1. What is the Good News about CSS in Dreamweaver?
2. What panel do you find CSS styles in?
3. How do you remove the formatting that has been applied to a word?
4. What menu do you choose to place a horizontal rule on your page?
5. Write down the steps to open the Other Characters dialog box.
6. What does an email link do? (Note: you should NOT place your email address on your 741 web site.)
7. Give an example of where the AutoDate function is used on my web site and explain what this function does.
8. What is the advantage of using Flash Text as the heading for your page?
