Canon VIXIA HF R20 Quick Notes

Here are the basics for recording with the Canon VIXIA HF R20

Exposure - too much light behind your subject so your actor is too dark. To adjust the exposure click on FUNC > Exposure then click on the M to manually change the exposure - moving the slider to the left brightens the scene, moving to the right will darken the scene. Adjust the exposure so that your subject is clearly visible. You can adjust the exposure as you are shooting for a unigue effect on the scene.

Frame Rate - you have three options, PF24, PF30 and 60i. To change the frame rate click on FUNC > Menu > click on middle icon of film then scroll down and select Fram Rate.
