In Documents create a new folder called After Effects. Download and unzip the following file to your computer - Sample files to practice with (ZIP, 34 MB)
Click on the folder to unzip it then click on the "create-composition-animation-2017" to unzip this folder, this should result in a folder called "Work with Compositions - 2017".
Place this file in your After Effects folder. Now from After Effects open the Build Your First Composition file.

Now complete - Build Your First Composition
As you watch the video answer the questions AND repeat the same steps. When you are finished show your answers and the completed after effects file to your instructor. When you save the file add your name to the end of the file name.
NOTE: Each video requires that you open a new file with the same name as the video.
